Papaellinas Group, the leading group in the fields of health, beauty, and wellness in Cyprus, is seeking a Traditional Trade Manager for the Limassol and Paphos districts.
Responsibilities:

Ensures the proper presentation and promotion of products at retail points, in line with commercial agreements.

Identifies new business opportunities and contributes to increasing sales and profitability.

Participates in negotiating and monitoring agreements with clients, building trust-based relationships.
-
Works closely with the Marketing & Shopper Marketing departments to ensure smooth implementation of action plans.
-
Supports the Department Management in projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
-
University degree in Business Administration or another related field.
-
2–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail sector (ideally in consumer goods).

Holder of a valid driver’s license.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
-
Goal- and results-oriented mindset.
-
Team management skills.
-
Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
