APAELLINAS Group, a leading company in the promotion and distribution of pharmaceuticals, pharmacy products, food supplements, cosmetics and consumer products, with a strong presence in the retail sector through Beauty Line, Holland & Barrett, B.Beauty and Yves Rocher stores, is seeking to recruit a Retail Outlet Manager for the Group’s Head Offices in Nicosia.

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Retail Outlet.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
• Promote and sell the Group’s products.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to the achievement of the outlet’s sales targets.
• Manage and monitor stock levels and product availability.
• Enter products and orders into the system.
• Manage deliveries, inspect incoming goods and ensure proper stock organisation.
• Ensure the proper presentation, organisation and overall appearance of the outlet.
• Handle day-to-day operational matters relating to the outlet.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail sector.
• Very good sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to organise and manage the daily operations of a store or retail outlet.
• Very good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills.

This is a full-time position, with working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
