Emails are sent either directly to you through our medical representatives or as part of mass communications coordinated by the Pharmaceutical Marketing Department.

In addition, the distribution of digital promotional material aims to better support our partners. Our partners wish to ensure that all healthcare professionals who have access to their products are appropriately informed, to support the optimal delivery of medical and pharmaceutical services.

Finally, our communications strengthen the relationship between healthcare professionals and CAP and ensure continuity of services, enabling us to evolve and adopt new forms of digital technology and communication.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

We will cease retaining your personal data once it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and when no legal obligation requires their continued retention.

Your personal data are accessible only to authorised employees of CAP, including medical representatives and marketing staff within the pharmaceutical department.
