At a special evening ceremony in Nicosia, PAPAELLINAS Group was honoured for its inclusion in the list of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe for 2024. The event took place on Monday, 9 December 2024, in the presence of the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance, Mr. Yiannis Panayiotou, and the United States Ambassador to Cyprus, Mrs. Julie D. Fisher.
Addressing the event, both Mr. Panayiotou and Mrs. Fisher, as well as the event organisers (Great Place to Work Cyprus), stressed the importance of organisational commitment to creating an ideal work environment. This entails recognising and appreciating employee’s contributions and value, and building trust with them in their efforts to achieving the organisation’s goals.
On behalf of the PAPAELLINAS Group, Melanie Michaelidou, People Chief Officer, and Olga Paοulli, Senior Manager Training & Development, attended the event and accepted the honorary plaque from the Minister, Mr. Panayiotou.
