Marketing Executive 

The PAPAELLINAS Group, a market leader in the promotion and distribution of pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, nutritional supplements, cosmetics, and consumer goods, as well as one of Cyprus’ leading retail groups through Beauty Line, Holland & Barrett, B. Beauty, and Yves Rocher, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Consumer Products Division.

Responsibilities: 

As a Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan to increase brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to plan and execute advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain close communication with international suppliers and prepare sales performance reports, market updates, and brand development plans.
  • Monitor and analyse market share, consumer trends, and competitor activity, recommending initiatives to increase brand performance and market share.
  • Participate in the planning and forecasting of annual and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to successfully execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Products, FMCG, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good command of both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
