PAPAELLINAS Group, a leading organization in the promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical and consumer products, as well as in retail through Beauty Line, Holland & Barrett, B. Beauty, and Yves Rocher stores, is seeking a Drug Regulatory & PV Affairs Executive for its Head Offices in Nicosia.

• Preparation and timely submission of dossiers for registrations, renewals, and variations of marketing authorizations for pharmaceuticals, food supplements, and medical devices.

• Support with translations and review of SPC, PIL, labels, and mock-ups.

• Communication with competent authorities, suppliers, and partners regarding regulatory matters.

• Provision of high-quality service and timely response to requests from customers, partners, and internal departments.

• Ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and confidentiality requirements.

• Monitoring regulatory changes.

• Recording and reporting adverse events.

• Coordination of the distribution of Training Materials.

• Preparation of reconciliation reports related to adverse event reporting.

• Monitoring medical publications for adverse event reporting.

• A degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or another related scientific field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role will be considered an additional advantage.

• Very good organizational and communication skills.

• Initiative-taking ability and effective time management.

• Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
