The first guided tour organized by CSR Cyprus for its Members at the facilities of the Papaellinas Group was successfully held on March 19, 2026.
PAPAELLINAS Group, with a presence of nearly a century in the Cypriot market, holds a leading position in the sectors of health, beauty, and wellness, with a strong footprint in both the economy and society.
The event, attended by executives from 15 CSR Cyprus Member companies, marks a step toward strengthening the Network’s community, where Members themselves have the opportunity to present to one another their practices, systems, and strategies that promote sustainable business.
During the visit, participants were informed about the Group’s sustainability strategy through its ESG approach, which is horizontally integrated across all its operations and activities. The targets set with a 2030 milestone were presented, along with the Group’s overall strategic transformation journey.
This approach is based on the Group’s values and way of operating, combining business growth with responsibility toward society, the environment, its people, as well as building trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
At the same time, a series of corporate responsibility initiatives implemented by the Group were presented. This was followed by a tour of the warehouse facilities, where, among other things, the ventilation systems, water reuse technologies for operational water needs, and the semi-automated pallet storage system Satellite were showcased.
The event concluded with a presentation of the challenges and prospects identified by the Group, as well as an open discussion among Members.
CSR Cyprus will continue to implement initiatives that bring its Members closer together through the presentation of pioneering, visionary Member organizations, strengthening collaboration, knowledge sharing, exchange of experiences, and actively contributing to the transition of the Cypriot business community toward a more sustainable future.
