CRM Executive

Beauty Line, a member of the Papaellinas Group, is seeking a candidate for the position of CRM Executive at the Head Offices in Nicosia.

If you enjoy communication, data analysis, and monitoring consumer trends, as a CRM Executive you will have the opportunity to develop your communication, organizational, and analytical skills while contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and implement CRM actions using the provided systems and tools.
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to execution for communications through various channels, e.g., SMS, email, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Commercial, and e-commerce departments on promotional activities, coordinate the CRM Calendar, and manage related campaign materials.
  • Evaluate the performance of CRM activities and prepare relevant reports using appropriate tools.
  • Design and conduct tests to optimize communication messages.
  • Maintain a clean database, taking appropriate actions for data cleansing when necessary.

Qualifications: 

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.

  • Passion for communication, data analysis, and staying up to date with consumer trends.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
