Beauty Line, a member of the PAPAELLINAS Group, is seeking a Category Development Lead to join our Head Office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
As a Category Development Lead, you will:
- Monitor the performance of product categories and subcategories by analysing sales, profitability, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Support the implementation of the commercial strategy for the company’s exclusive brands.
- Recommend initiatives to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and expand market share across your assigned categories.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to coordinate commercial activities, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events for exclusive brands.
- Monitor consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective inventory management through demand forecasting, stock planning, and replenishment strategies.
- Manage supplier purchase orders and monitor on-time deliveries to maintain product availability.
- Optimise inventory levels to minimise stock shortages and excess inventory while supporting business objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Category Management, Marketing, Brand Management, Buying, Merchandising, Commercial, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
